I'm Noela. As a comic artist and illustrator, I enjoy drawing gentle, innocent, and endearing characters, whether they are lovely girls or cuddly animals. Although chronic pain has slowed me considerably, I have been drawing for ten years, and since 2019, I have given my all to my painting career. Even though I studied game design, I learned most of my talents on my own, so every new project is a chance to develop and use my creativity. By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.
If you do not read these terms, I am not responsible for any misunderstandings.
✤ GENERAL
➤ You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.➤ Do not trace, copy or edit the artwork.➤Commissions are not first come, first serve. I'll be only choosing the requests I can work on.➤I might decline commission requests if I'm not comfortable or it's beyond my abilities.➤I might use the artwork for promotion purposes (commission examples, portfolio). In case you don't want your commission to be posted, please let me know in the request form.✤ PAYMENT & FEES
➤ Prices are in USD and payments through Paypal invoice.➤ Full payment is required to start the artwork.➤ Partial payments can be discussed for commercial works.➤ Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.➤ All listed prices are for personal use only, unless I state the inclusion of commercial fee in the commission's type details. (Ex. Stream resources category)✤ COMMERCIAL USE
➤ Tier 1: Price x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Ex. Music videos, PNGtuber, digital goods).➤ Tier 2: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (Ex. Acrylic charms, standees, prints).✤ REFUNDS
Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund.✤ COMMISSION PROCESS
➤ Send your order form to [email protected] for inquiry.➤ I accept your commission request and send the invoice.➤ After payment, I'll start the sketch and send it to you for revisions.➤ Revisions and sketch.➤ After the sketch being confirmed, I'll proceed to continue the piece and send the finished files to your email.IMPORTANT NOTES:╰┈➤ For direct and faster communication, Discord is an optional way to check the updates. Feel free to ask the ID if your request was accepted.╰┈➤ Be sure to provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)╰┈➤ Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).╰┈➤ I usually take from 2 - 9 months to finish a commission. ╰┈➤ retain all the rights for display, advertising the work on websites, SNS, portfolio, etc.➤ The customer:
╰┈➤The customer may use the artwork for display on SNS with no direct monetization, which can be banners, profile pictures, posts, or any print that is only for personal use.╰┈➤ If customer bought the commercial rights, artwork can be used for promotional/streaming purposes/digital goods or merchandise.╰┈➤ Credit must be given to the artist when commissioned artwork is being used on SNS.╰┈➤ The customer can not modify or alter the artwork.╰┈➤ The customer can not claim the artwork as theirs (like if they did the work), customer only has the ownership of the commissioned artwork.╰┈➤ The customer can not use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.╰┈➤ The customer can not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI. If done, customer will be instantly blacklisted.Terms of Service Changes:
‣ I may choose to revise these terms from time to time at any point.
‣ If changes are made affecting the project process, I will only notify clients with active projects.
‣ By continuing to use my art and other project deliverables and services, the client agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.
